Sales & Customer Service Associate – Full & Part Time
Duties:
This position serves as the primary customer interface at the store location with responsibility for making sales presentations, demonstrating and selling wireless service and equipment, accessory sales, developing completed sales files, order processing, customer service responsibilities and assisting to maintain organization along with regular light cleaning duties.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma/GED required
- 1-2 years experience in a retail sales environment.
- Flexible schedule (including evenings and weekends) required.
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and communications skills.
- PC proficiency in Microsoft Windows.
- Ability to analyze customer needs, present solutions and add value through delivery of products and services.
- The ability to work well in a dynamic environment that requires a high degree of multi-tasking with minimal supervision.
- Effective negotiation and closing skills.
Retail Store Manager
Duties:
Manages the profitable distribution of products and services through the store. Handles all daily activities of store including sales, customer service, and inventory control. Coach, develop and prepare sales team to meet and exceed defined sales, quality, and service objectives. Design and implement initiatives/procedures that will drive customer perception of the company as the market leader in wireless customer service.
Qualifications:
- 3 or more years retail sales/marketing environment preferred
- High School Diploma/ GED required
- Strong sales and sales management skills with proven leadership ability
- Demonstrated ability to exceed quota
- Self-motivated and highly organized individual
- Knowledge of wireless industry desired
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Windows and Office suite
- Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communications skills
